(KNSI) – St. Cloud State University and St. Cloud Technical and Community College are among the 33 campuses waiving undergraduate application fees this week as part of Minnesota State Week.

The fee waiver runs through Friday, June 26th, 2026. During that window, prospective students can apply for free to one or more of the system’s 26 colleges and seven universities. No application essay is required at any Minnesota State school.

The week is also built around campus visits, with special events planned at campuses across the state. Students interested in touring SCSU, SCTCC, or any other Minnesota State school can get ahold of the school to set up a visit.

The Minnesota State system has 54 campuses and offers 3,885 academic programs, ranging from short-term professional training and non-credit courses to certificates, diplomas and degrees. Many courses are open-enrollment throughout the year.
