(KNSI) – The St. Cloud Cathedral High School Crusaders have officially won the 2026 Minnesota State High School League Class 2A State Baseball Championship. The team defeated Glencoe-Silver Lake 4-0 in the title game at Target Field today. The win marks the Crusaders’ first state baseball championship since 2015.
The Crusaders earned several key wins on their path to the title. They defeated Minnehaha Academy 6-2 in the Class 2A state quarterfinals and beat Winona Cotter 3-2 in the Class 2A state semifinals. Both games were played at Dick Putz Field the previous week.
