(KNSI) – Stearns County is officially adopting a new logo prior to the construction of its new Justice Center.
While the idea of a new logo had been under discussion for several years, it was brought to the forefront last year. St. Cloud Technical and Community College and Northway Group collaborated with the county on preliminary designs, which were narrowed to three finalists and presented at a March Board of Commissioners work session.
The Northway Group added a new color palette to the design before presenting it to county commissioners, who unanimously approved the final design at a recent board meeting. County staff will finalize a schedule to introduce the new logo in print and online this fall.
