Coffee with a Cop Returns to Waite Park May 5th

(KNSI) – Waite Park residents will have the chance to meet local officers over a free cup of coffee next week.

The Waite Park Police Department is holding a Coffee with a Cop event on Tuesday, May 5th, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the McDonald’s located at 456 Great Oak Drive in Waite Park.

Community members are invited to stop by anytime during the two-hour window to say hello, chat with officers and ask questions. McDonald’s is providing the coffee free of charge.

Coffee with a Cop events are designed to give residents an informal setting to build relationships with local law enforcement outside of emergency or enforcement situations.
