(KNSI) – St. Joseph Mayor Adam Scepaniak takes his show on the road Wednesday night.
The mayor will deliver his first State of the City address at The House Food and Tap, giving residents a chance to hear directly from him on the issues facing the city. The 6:00 p.m. event marks the first in a series of addresses Scepaniak plans to host at different venues around the city throughout April. The multi-venue format is designed to reach residents where they already gather.
In addition to the kickoff, the mayor has confirmed three additional addresses at distinct community locations. On April 7th, he will speak at Woodcrest of Country Manor at 1:45 p.m., bringing the update to residents of one of the city’s senior living communities. On April 8th, he returns to the evening format with a 6:00 p.m. address at La Playette. The confirmed schedule wraps up on April 15th with a 3:30 p.m. stop at St. Benedict’s Monastery.
Scepaniak noted that more dates and locations are being finalized, suggesting the series may grow beyond the current four-stop lineup.
