(KNSI) — The Paramount Center for the Arts in St. Cloud has a full April schedule, with live performances, hands-on visual arts classes and a juried high school art exhibition on tap for the month.

The biggest stage draw is GREAT Theatre’s production of Disney’s Frozen, which runs April 17th through May 3rd. The month’s performance lineup also includes Project 37: Battle of the Bands on April 1st at 6:30 p.m. and a Girl Named Tom concert on April 9th at 7:30 p.m.

On the visual arts side, the Paramount is offering nearly a dozen workshops throughout the month covering everything from watercolor painting and glass fusing to woodturning and polymer clay beadmaking. Classes run throughout April, with most scheduled in the evenings.

The Paramount will also host its Annual Juried High School Arts Exhibition and Competition, showcasing work from students across Central Minnesota. The exhibition recognizes both student artists and their educators, giving participants the experience of showing work in a professional gallery setting. A public reception and awards ceremony is set for April 10.
