(KNSI) – Motorists traveling on a small section of 14th Street North should plan for delays on Thursday as utility work will temporarily reduce traffic flow in the area.
A single lane closure is set for February 12th, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The affected area spans 14th Street North from 29th Avenue North to about 100 feet west of 29th Avenue North.
During the six-hour closure, traffic will be maintained in both directions with assistance from onsite work crews as needed. Drivers are asked to share the roadway and exercise caution when approaching the work zone. Motorists who regularly use this route are encouraged to allow extra travel time or consider alternate routes during the closure period.
The scheduled utility work is weather permitting and may be rescheduled if needed.
