(KNSI) – The 59th annual Central Minnesota Farm Show will plant itself down at the River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud later this month.
The free two-day event will feature hundreds of exhibitors on the trade show floor, along with educational sessions presented by the Sustainable Farming Association covering topics including conservation practices, farm operations, revenue diversification and succession planning.
Part of the show’s proceeds fund scholarships for area students looking to grow a career in agriculture. The event also includes a program designed to connect young people with industry professionals and opportunities in the agricultural sector.
The show will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24th, and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25th.
According to the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce, agriculture remains a significant part of the region’s economy.
