(KNSI) — The St. Cloud Police Department has issued a notification for a Level 3 Predatory Offender who is expected to move to town on January 26th.
According to court records, Daniel Jerome Dols was charged in 2016 with one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct against a victim who was mentally impaired or helpless and one count of indecent exposure. The victim, who was roommates with Dols while they were receiving care at St. Cloud Hospital, woke up and discovered Dols was touching him inappropriately. Dols was convicted in 2017 and sentenced to six years in prison.
Dols is set to be released on Monday, January 26th, and will be moving into a home in the 900 block of 8th Avenue South.

Level 3 Predatory Offenders are considered the most likely to reoffend.
The St. Cloud Police Department investigates any suspicious activity or behavior. The department’s Community Crisis Intervention Team handles follow-up on Level 3 offenders in the area.
