(KNSI) — Two people are dead following a head-on crash on Friday.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol’s preliminary crash report, around 5:15 p.m., 55-year-old Paul Matthys of Osakis was driving his Dodge Durango north on Highway 71 near 265th Street when he collided with a southbound Kia Sportage driven by 63-year-old Linda Erickson of Sauk Centre.
Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
