(KNSI) – A Sartell High School student has aced the ACT test.

Junior Henry Johnson scored a perfect 36 on this year’s exam, something accomplished by only about .25% of all test takers. The result shows Johnson is extremely prepared for college.

Principal Shayne Kusler gushed, “Henry is an incredibly talented individual who excels not only in the classroom but also in fine arts and extracurriculars. We are so very proud of him and appreciate the way he represents excellence on behalf of Sartell-St. Stephen Schools.”

The ACT continues to be the standardized exam of choice in the Midwest and has an excellent track record at predicting student success. A student who meets at least three ACT benchmarks in subjects like English, math, and reading is more than twice as likely as one who meets zero benchmarks to graduate from college on time in four years.
