(KNSI) – The Stearns History Museum is firing up the DeLorean and heading back to the 1950s for its 4th Annual Escape Room.

Up to six people can participate. Much like Michael J. Fox’s character in the famous motion picture, what starts as a nostalgic trip to the era of leather jackets, pompadours, hot rods, and the birth of rock n roll turns into a potentially permanent detour.

The “Lost in the 50s” escape room costs $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Pre-registration is required, as only three slots remain open this year. Sign up for a spot at the link here.

Solvers will need to have their brains powered by 1.21 gigawatts of energy, synapses firing as if fueled by uranium from Libyan terrorists. Work faster than Flash Gordon, as once the sands of the hourglass run out, everyone is frozen in time forever at the height of the Cold War.

The Stearns History Museum is located at 235 33rd Avenue South in St. Cloud.
