(KNSI) – The St. Cloud Economic Development Authority will end the year with a jam-packed meeting.

When the group convenes on December 2nd, it will hear three presentations from city officials. Assessor A Thor will speak about trends in property values across all real estate asset classes, including residential housing, commercial buildings, and industrial factories.

Up next is Community Development Director Matt Glaesman, who will give an update on the 2025 Comprehensive Plan focused on reimagining downtown. The historic business district will get a lot of attention throughout the meeting. The first presentation of the night discusses how organizations such as the Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation, the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce, the EDA, and the Downtown Alliance work together to advance development.

The Economic Development Authority meets in the board room off the council chambers at City Hall, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
