Give to the Max Day 2025 Has Already Raised Tens of Millions for State Nonprofits

(KNSI) – It’s the annual statewide giving holiday known as Give to the Max Day 2025, and real-time results suggest we could end up near another record.

Tens of millions of dollars had already been raised as of this morning. Give MN Executive Director Jenna Ray notes there are several partners, both statewide via Golden Tickets and regionally, that help to amplify every dollar donated. “Today, we’ve got $500 going out every 15 minutes. We’ve got $1,000 going out every hour. We’ve got a $10,000 super-sized golden ticket going out at midnight tonight. And then, thanks to our partners at the Initiative Foundation, we also have a couple of prizes that are just specific to central Minnesota.”

Ray notes donors are rewarding three specific categories of nonprofits this year. “Donors have told us this year that they are particularly interested in supporting animal rescue, the environment, and hunger relief solutions.” There are dozens of organizations and fundraisers in the St. Cloud area participating.

The 4,800+ organizations receiving support statewide so far represent about 70% of those who signed up, according to Ray. A link to give is here.
