(KNSI) – The St. Cloud City Council will vote on a liquor license transfer application during their meeting on Monday night.
The application involves an off-sale intoxicating liquor license from Rudra, Inc. to INDUS, LLC for the business operating as St Cloud Liquor, located at 2715 Clearwater Road. The transfer is due to the business being sold to new ownership.
According to documents filed with the city, all departments have completed their review of the application and are recommending approval. The required transfer fees have been paid by the applicant, including a $500 investigation fee and a $300 license fee.
City staff are recommending that the council approve the license transfer. The council has the option to approve, postpone, or deny the application.
The council meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m. inside city hall.
