(KNSI) – Another suspect connected to a deadly house party shooting two years ago in St. Cloud has been arrested.
Police issued a press release stating they’ve taken 27-year-old Kelisha Jason Walton II into custody in connection with the death of Antonio Carl Harris Jr. The 27-year-old was arrested late Thursday afternoon in the 20000 Block of 21st Avenue in St. Augusta. He was charged Friday morning with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and being held on $3 million bond.
According to investigators, on October 22nd, 2023, police were called to the 700 block of 6th Avenue South in St. Cloud for a shooting. Witnesses say Deionte Jaewon Parker allegedly shot at a 34-year-old man in retaliation for a stabbing that took place in July of 2023. Witnesses say Parker walked up to Harris on the front lawn of a house and fired. Harris died at the scene. A 26 and 52-year-old man were also shot but survived. Parker was related to the stabbing victim. According to court records, Parker and Walton are also related and were at the party together.
Court records show that on May 19th, 2025, law enforcement got a National Integrated Ballistic Information Network lead that a pistol, registered to Walton, was found in a vacant lot in Minneapolis. The gun was sent to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for testing.
Investigators say eighteen shots from the gun were fired at the scene. Four bullets recovered by the medical examiner’s office from Harris’s body were also fired from that gun. Police had long suspected multiple guns were used at the scene.
The case remains under investigation, and more arrests are possible.
Parker was convicted of aiding and abetting second-degree murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm. A Stearns County judge sentenced him to 40 years in prison in April of this year. He’s currently appealing the conviction.
