Level 3 Predatory Offender Moving to St. Cloud Monday, October 20th

(KNSI) — The St. Cloud Police Department is notifying the public that a Level 3 Predatory Offender is moving to town.

Antonio Lamont Green will live in a home on the 100 block of 12th Avenue North starting on Monday, October 20th. The Minnesota Department of Corrections information sheet says Green previously “engaged in sexual contact with an unknown adult female. Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Green used force and threats to gain compliance. Green also has a history of engaging in acts of violence and aggression against known and unknown adult females.”

In May of 2022, a warrant was issued for Green’s arrest for failing to register as a predatory offender. He was sentenced in December 2023 to just under four years in prison. State law allows prisoners to serve two-thirds of a sentence behind bars, with the rest served on supervised release. Green has completed the sentence handed down by the court.

Under Minnesota state statute, police are required to release information about Level 3 offenders to the community. A notification video with details about Green will be available on the City of St. Cloud website during the week of October 20th. The St. Cloud Police Department says public safety remains its top priority and that any suspicious activity or behavior will be investigated. The department’s Community Crisis Intervention Team is assigned to monitor Level 3 offenders living in the area.
