(KNSI) – A local leader at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota has been picked to get some master training to make the organization’s workforce better.

Brady DeGagne has been handpicked from thousands of people across the country to join the Korn Ferry Leadership U for Humanity. The organization says it is an elite leadership program that only accepts the best of the best.

Participants engage in a program that integrates coaching, learning, and the creation of strategies designed to generate sustainable social impact.

DeGagne works at the Boys & Girls Club, training the staff who work with kids every day. He will learn alongside other top leaders from across the U.S., picking up new skills and strategies to bring back home.

He says his goal is to make the local Boys & Girls Clubs even better at helping kids succeed in school, stay healthy, and become great leaders themselves.
