Ledge Amphitheater Hosting Outdoor Yoga Tuesdays in September

(KNSI) – The Ledge Amphitheater in Waite Park is once again rolling out the welcome mats for weekly yoga.

Sessions are scheduled for Tuesdays between the 16th and 30th. The classes are led by Shanti Yoga Center, based out of St. Cloud. Officials describe the classes as beginner level, with an emphasis on movement, breath, and relaxation. The sessions will be the last ones outdoors in 2025. Classes cost $18 to attend.

Organizers tout the unique experience that comes with doing yoga at the outdoor concert venue. Tucked off of Highway 23 near Quarry Park and Nature Preserve, the stage offers great views of rock formations that have attracted visitors to the area from all around the state.
