Sip, Sip, Hooray! Minnesota State Fair Unveils 70 New Drinks for 2025

(KNSI) — Sip, sip horray! The gates at the Minnesota State Fair opened at 7:00 this morning, and the beverages will be flowing in abundance again this year. Organizers have revealed the specialty drink lineup featuring some truly unique and seriously bold flavors.

The specialty beverages highlight a variety of new and returning drink options ranging from alcoholic concoctions like IPAs and ciders to non-alcoholic options and unique slushies.

LuLu’s Public House debuts the most new specialty sips for 2025 with 11, including unique flavors like Hot Honey Mead and boozy takes on classic desserts such as the Root Beer Float.

Several vendors are offering six new specialty sips each. They include Ball Park Cafe, Blue Barn, Dino’s Gyros, and O’Garas at the Fair. Shanghai Henri’s is debuting four new drinks, while Andy’s Grille, Cafe Caribe, Coasters, and The Hangar have three apiece.

Fruit seems to be the “it” ingredient this time around, with apple, pineapple, citrus, pear, berries, cherries, and tropical blends. There are some other, more unusual flavor profiles to tingle the taste buds.

Cafe Caribe is bringing in the Frozen Espresso Martini Hard Seltzer. Dino’s is offering the Picklerita, which is cashing in on the dill trend with zesty dill meeting classic margarita flavors they describe as bold and briny. O’Garas is touting the Shamrock Slushie with a combination of cool crème de menthe flavor and smooth vanilla, topped with whipped cream. There’s also the Soft Serve Royal Raspberry Beer at West End Brews, which is a tart American fruited Berliner Weisse reimagined in soft serve form and served in a cone.
