(KNSI) – Due to wild weather, Summertime by George is extending the season for an extra week.
St. Cloud Rotarian Troy Fitz broke the news on KNSI with Steve Gottwalt on Wednesday morning. “One of the most common questions I’ve been having after our two rainouts is: are we going to do a makeup show? Our executive committee has spent some time on this, and we are going to do a makeup show at Summertime by George.”
The added event is Tuesday, September 2nd, which is the day after Labor Day. The performers haven’t been announced yet, but that information could come before the end of the week.
The free concert series had to cancel shows on June 25th and July 23rd.
