(KNSI) – Drivers around St. Cloud will have to allow themselves a little extra time to get where they’re going this week due to work in a few spots.
East St. Germain Street between Wilson Avenue and 4th Avenue Southeast will be squeezed into different lanes for crane work Monday, July 28th. Traffic will be maintained in both directions, but it may be slightly delayed.
Also beginning today, 33rd Avenue South will be down to one lane between 2nd Street South and 1st Street South due to utility work. That setup will be around only through Thursday, weather permitting.
Tomorrow, Tuesday the 29th, heads up for anyone traveling east on 1st Street South. The eastbound lane will be completely shut down between 5th and 6th Avenue South for more utility work. They’ll have detour signs posted, and it should just be a one-day thing if the weather holds up.
