(KNSI) — The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch that includes Benton, Morrison, Sherburne, Stearns and Todd Counties.
The watch is in effect until midnight Sunday night.
A watch means conditions are favorable for severe thunderstorms. The Storm Prediction Center has the St. Cloud region in the enhance risk for severe weather Sunday.
For those with outdoor plans, forecasters say to make alternate plans, have a way to get warnings and know where you can seek shelter.
