(KNSI) – The St. Cloud Police Department has clarified that the three adults involved in the brawl at the Tech High School graduation ceremony have been cited.
According to Assistant Chief Brett Mushatt, Hanan Abdullah and Tabitha Moore were charged with disorderly conduct, while Rachael Phillipi was hit with 5th degree assault. The 17-year-old is the only person with charges being reviewed by the Stearns County Attorney’s Office.
The incident happened in late May inside the River’s Edge Convention Center. Video of the brawl went viral and was easily obtained. The charges are a result of the department’s review of the footage.
