(KNSI) — The intersection of Lincoln Avenue Southeast and 7th Street Southeast in St. Cloud will be closed to traffic for several days beginning Monday, July 21st, as crews conduct utility work.
Traffic accessing area businesses will be rerouted from the north using Highway 23/Division Street as the primary alternate route. Detour signs will be posted.
The utility work is part of a larger $5.7 million infrastructure project, which includes water main replacement, sidewalk installation, and complete street reconstruction spanning from 7th Street Southeast to East St. Germain Street.
The closure is scheduled to remain in place through Friday, July 25th, weather depending.
