(KNSI) – Authorities are investigating a reported shooting on Highway 101 in Otsego late Thursday night.
The Wright County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call at 10:36 p.m. on July 17th, reporting that two vehicles had been involved and one was hit by gunfire while traveling southbound on the highway.
Deputies met with the victim, whose vehicle had been hit twice, and fortunately, no injuries were reported.
The suspect vehicle, described as a dark-colored sedan with tinted windows, wasn’t found. The Minnesota State Patrol and Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the response.
Wright County authorities are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact Detective Rudolph at 763-682-7902. The investigation remains ongoing.
