(KNSI) – After some delays, the White Earth Nation is ready to light the flame on its new cannabis dispensary in St. Cloud.
The Waabigwan Mashkiki recreational dispensary will open in the strip mall on the 100 block of 33rd Avenue South on Wednesday, July 2nd. It will feature gummies, high-end products with the “Native Cuts” line, value brand “Zips” available in one-ounce bags, and Minobii THC-infused drinks.
White Earth officials describe St. Cloud as a bridge, bringing its products to a wider audience. They hope to use the dispensary to tap into the Twin Cities region. It is the third location for the White Earth Nation. The original site was on tribal land in Mahnomen with a second leafing up in Moorhead earlier this year.
The move by the White Earth Nation puts St. Cloud on the map with one of the first-ever recreational dispensaries in Minnesota. Hours are listed as 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.
