St. Cloud Financial Credit Union Named a Top Minnesota Workplace for Seventh Time

(KNSI) – St. Cloud Financial Credit Union has again been named one of the top places to work in Minnesota.

Companies are rated based on surveys that look at the holistic employee experience, including how employees feel respected in the workplace.

In response to the recognition, SCFCU President and CEO Jed Meyer said, “We are honored to receive the 2025 Top Workplaces Award. This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our employees, the people who shape our culture every day. We are committed to creating a workplace where every individual feels respected, supported and empowered to grow and succeed.”

This marks the seventh time SCFCU has received the award. The Minnesota Top Workplaces Award is presented by the Minnesota Star Tribune in partnership with employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.
