(KNSI) – A 44-year-old St. Cloud man was allegedly stabbed by his roommate Sunday at an apartment complex in the 2000 block of 15th Street North.
The incident happened just before 11:30 a.m. St. Cloud Police officers were called out on reports of a person with multiple stab wounds. He was cared for by first responders on scene and is now in stable condition at CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital.
The suspect in the case is the man’s 28-year-old roommate. He has been arrested and is being held at the Stearns County Jail, awaiting an initial court appearance and formal charges.
The knife that police believe was used in the stabbing was recovered at the scene. The investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
