St. Cloud Police Host Dog Walker Watch Meeting on Counterfeit Cash at Jaycee’s Park

(KNSI) – The St. Cloud Police Department is hosting its monthly Dog Walker Watch meeting on Tuesday, June 24th.

The meeting will be held at Jaycee’s Park’s dog park from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The topic of the evening will be counterfeit cash, how to detect fake bills and what to do with them.

Well behaved dogs are welcome to join their humans so they can play while the people learn. It’s also aimed at bolstering police and community relations.

More than 2,000 communities around the United States have signed up for Dog Walker Watch. The program was created by the National Association of Town Watch to help people who know their neighborhoods best by teaching them basic crime prevention tips, tricks and information.
