(KNSI) — Forecasted rainy conditions have put a damper on Rock the Riverside in Sauk Rapids.

A press release from the city says The Soupbones and Mystery Machine have been rescheduled to September 4th.

According to the National Weather Service, scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to become widespread this afternoon, with the heaviest rain from this afternoon through Friday morning.

The St. Cloud area is in line for up to at least 3″ with pockets of heavy rain embedded in the line that could dump 4″.

City officials say they hope to see everyone out at The Clearing on June 19th. The evening features Taz & T-Bone as the opening act with headliners Them Pesky Kids. Music starts at 5:30.
