(KNSI) – Diners will be ecstatic to remember that once they loosen their belts and go all out for the Fully Loaded theme Friday, they won’t have to worry about waddling to work the next morning.

St. Cloud Restaurant Week hits its second weekend by celebrating excess like Mardi Gras in the French Quarter of New Orleans. Visit Greater St. Cloud Executive Director Rachel Thompson explains today’s theme with one sentence. “‘Fully Loaded’ is just that, it’s everything shoved into one meal.”

Some of the filling food featured Friday includes Boulder Tap House’s epic burger, pork nachos from Jimmy’s Pour House, and the loaded baked potatoes at Blue Line Sports Bar and Grill.

Thompson recommends the Cajun pasta from Anton’s and gushes over a Mexican appetizer piled high. “Bravo Burrito and mucho nachos, which, let me tell you what that plate is piled full with everything from queso, cheese, salsa, meat, jalapenos, guacamole, it’s all on there.”

Go all-you-can-eat at HuHot Mongolian Grill or splurge with sweets like the chocolate dream from Cold Spring Bakery.

Fittingly, Friday has more entries than any other day. View all eight here.
