St. Cloud Volunteers to Pack and Distribute 500 Free Food Boxes for Families in Need

(KNSI) – St. Cloud area residents will come together this weekend to help feed families in need.

The nonprofit Feeding Area Children Together has teamed up with the Rotary Club of St. Cloud and School District 742 to pack and give away 500 free boxes of food. The boxes include shelf-stable family-sized food items that are pork-free and peanut-free.

The event is Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at FACT’s headquarters at 2625 Clearwater Road.

The boxes will be handed out on May 24th, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at FACT headquarters on a first-come, first-served basis until they are gone.

Those unable to pick up a box can ask for delivery by filling out a form by clicking here.
