(KNSI) – The Central Minnesota Mental Health Center is close out Mental Health Awareness Month with a scavenger hunt.
On Saturday, May 31st, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the CMMHC will hold the event at its office in Waite Park, 411 3rd Street North. The hunt is free and open to the public. Attendees will look outside the building for 26 scattered messages and decode the secret phrase. Those who can do it will be entered in a prize drawing for a gift card.
According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, since 1949, Mental Health Awareness Month has been a driving force in addressing the challenges faced by millions of Americans living with mental health conditions.
