Randall Man Hurt After Being Pinned Underneath Tractor

(KNSI) – A 60-year-old man from Randall was airlifted to CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital after a farm accident Friday evening.

The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office says Carl Wainman fell off his tractor just before 6:30 when he was trying to put it into gear. The tractor then rolled over him, and he became pinned between the rear tire and the chisel plow. Relatives rushed to help and were able to free Wainman from underneath the equipment.

He was treated by emergency responders and then flown to the hospital. Helping deputies at the scene were the Camp Ripley Fire Department, Randall Fire and Rescue and the Life Link III helicopter.
