(KNSI) – The House and Senate DFL have scheduled a town hall in St. Cloud on Thursday, April 17th.
The evening will focus on how federal government spending cuts affect Minnesotans. It will be spearheaded by Senator Aric Putnam, Senate Majority Leader Erin Murphy, and Representative Dan Wolgamott. The gathering will start at 7:00 p.m. At this time, the location for the event has not been released. It will be sent via email to those who register ahead of time.
Wolgamott says the forum is “an opportunity for people in our community to voice their fears, frustrations, and ideas.” Education, the federal workforce, Medicaid funding, and tariffs are some of the issues expected to be addressed.
