(KNSI) — St. Cloud police are asking for the public’s help in finding the man who snuck into the women’s shower room at the YMCA.
According to investigators, just before 11:00 a.m. on March 31st, police were called to the facility after staff was notified about the incident. They confronted the man, who was alone in a private stall adjacent to where a woman was showering. He had his phone out and was partially undressed. The suspect fled the scene and escaped before officers arrived.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6′, with an average build and dark hair. If anyone has any information about the suspect or knows where he may be, authorities say do not approach him and contact the St. Cloud Police Department at 320-251-1200 or 911 if it is an emergency.
The YMCA sent out a letter to members informing them of the incident, saying it prioritizes the safety of members, guests and employees and is cooperating with the investigation.
