(KNSI) – Eight area businesses will welcome visitors on Saturday as part of a shop hop.
The concept was initially a thing in the quilting world. Customers would have a day, or maybe a week, to visit the participating stores. In return, they would have the chance to pick up a variety of materials and patterns while enjoying great deals.
In Saturday’s event, there will be all kinds of shops and bakeries taking part. The Copper Pony in Sauk Rapids will let visitors spin a wheel for discounts or free items between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Grande Depot on Highway 23 will have deals between 20 and 80% off. It’s open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Green Thumb in downtown St. Cloud is offering 15% off all plants and accessories from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Jupiter Moon has a similar deal on ice cream at its St. Joseph location between noon and 9:00 p.m.
Korppi Coffee + Bakeshop in north St. Cloud by the Walmart has brewed up a special limited-edition drink for the event. It will welcome customers from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Cold Spring’s Reimagine Skin Spa will be doing a gift basket giveaway from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. St. Cloud Floral has deals on flowers and certain gifts from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Midtown Mall.
The last stop on the Shop Hop is W|R Home Company in St. Joseph. They’re offering 20% off in the form of $5 cash back for every $25 spent between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
