St. Cloud Seeks Community Input on Downtown’s Future with New Planning Survey

(KNSI) – St. Cloud’s Planning and Zoning Department is surveying what people want downtown to be like in the future.

The survey will help guide the city as it creates a new roadmap to direct growth, development, and investment in the downtown over the next decade. They are looking for responses from residents, business owners and operators, property owners, developers, or community stakeholders in downtown St. Cloud.

The nearly 30 questions focus on how people use downtown, how often they are there, housing, entertainment, parking, and aesthetics. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Users are even invited to make their own map of what downtown should look like.
