(KNSI) – For those looking to build, upgrade or expand their living space, they can find it at the 2025 Central Minnesota Builders Association Home Show.

CMBA Executive Director Wanda Schroeder told KNSI, “We have over 90 exhibitors at this event, [everything] from landscaping to home building to remodeling, to really everything in between. So it’s a show you’re not going to want to miss. It will not cost you a dime to come and enjoy the show.” Schroeder says for attendees so inclined, “bring a food shelf item, and your name will go into a drawing for a wheelbarrow.”

They’ll do the drawings on Saturday and Sunday at the River’s Edge Convention Center in downtown St. Cloud.

On Saturday, the doors are open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with bar service on the patio from noon until 5:30 p.m. and free face painting for the kids. On Sunday, the show is on from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The first home show was held in 1971 at the Crossroads Mall.
