Giliberto’s Mexican Taco Shop Expands to New Location with Drive-Thru and Patio

(KNSI) – A popular Mexican restaurant in St. Cloud is moving to a bigger location.

Giliberto’s Mexican Taco Shop’s parent company, Coconi’s Properties LLC, has closed on the former Pepper Jax Grill site on the corner of 33rd Avenue North and Division Street. Giliberto’s will have a full-service restaurant with a drive-thru window, patio space, and pylon signage along Division Street.

The taco shop, currently in the 2300 block of Division Street, will nearly double its space by moving just a few blocks down the road. The business will also gain access to over 40 parking spots. No date for the move was given.
