MnDOT Seeks Public Feedback on $43.7M Highway 10/23 Interchange Project

(KNSI) – The Minnesota Department of Transportation wants residents to review how they did with the $43.7 million Highway 10/23 interchange project.

MnDOT has launched a survey to get people’s opinions on their work. The 29 questions ask how familiar and informed you were about the project, where you received your information, how big of an impact it had on your life, and how you feel about the finished product.

The two-year project snarled up traffic and led to numerous detours on St. Cloud’s east side. It started in the spring of 2023 and finally finished this past November.
