(KNSI) – Thursday’s wicked winter weather led to hundreds of wrecks across Minnesota.

Between 12:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., the Minnesota State Patrol responded to 254 property damage crashes, resulting in 22 injuries. They say an additional 110 vehicles slid off the road, along with 12 spin-outs and 17 jackknifed semis.

A Winter Storm Warning will run until midnight. The heaviest snowfall hit in central Minnesota and along the I-94 corridor through the Twin Cities.
