(KNSI) – One person was hurt after an SUV crashed into a firetruck on Interstate 94 in St. Augusta.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol preliminary accident report, around 8:15 on Saturday night, Shelly Mcdade-Ruff was driving a Dodge Durango West on I-94 when the St. Cloud woman lost control and struck the truck. The emergency vehicle had its lights on.
The 50-year-old’s airbags were deployed, and she was rushed to CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Three firefighters on board the truck were not hurt. The state patrol says the road was icy at the time of the crash.
