Start Thanksgiving With the Right Kind of Burn at the CentraCare Wishbone 5K

(KNSI) — Whether working up an appetite or making room for Thanksgiving dinner, the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA is hosting the annual CentraCare Wishbone 5K.

The event is presented by CentraCare M Physicians Orthopedics. Registration is $5 per person and starts at 8:00 a.m. Thanksgiving day with the El-Jay Plumbing Little Turkeys 1K. At 8:15, the 5K run and two mile walk begin. The run starts on Stockinger Drive, just outside the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA.

The long-standing local tradition is in its 14th year. An average of 3,000 participants come out each year. The Wishbone 5K is the final race of the Bernick’s Family Fitness Series, hosted by the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA.
