(KNSI) — The Great River Children’s Museum raised $205,000 during its first Game Night Gala, bringing the building closer to its spring 2025 grand opening.

Attendees experienced a hard hat tour and got to preview exhibits like the immersive Headwaters space. The museum will have eight core exhibits in 31,000 square feet of space. It also has room for community gatherings, workshops, birthdays, corporate retreats and more. The museum is expected to draw more than 500,000 students from 12 counties and over 60 school districts each year.

The gala was so successful plans are already underway to bring it back in 2025.
