St. Cloud State University Ranks 12th Nationally for International Students

(KNSI) – St. Cloud State University has been recognized as a top school for international students.

According to the International Institute of Education, SCSU ranked 12th in the nation with 1,759 foreign students, nearly 200 more than the 2022-23 school year. According to SCSU officials, the program has a $43 million impact on the region and supports 179 jobs.

SCSU also recently earned the inaugural International College of Distinction award.

The Multicultural Student Services department helps international students by providing financial assistance, housing and academic support.

More than 1.1 million international students were at U.S. colleges and universities in 2023-24, a seven percent increase from the prior academic year.
