(KNSI) — St. Cloud Area Senator Aric Putnam (14, DFL) is hosting a food insecurity summit next week.
It will be held at the Great River Regional Library on Tuesday, November 12th. It will include a panel discussion with organizations that address community food insecurity issues, and small group discussions on potential policy solutions. Local experts will be on hand to help answer questions, generate ideas for addressing the issue and share resources.
The event is inside the Mississippi Community Room at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public.
