Level Three Predatory Offender Moving to St. Cloud

(KNSI) — St. Cloud Police say a level three predatory offender is moving to the city this week.

According to a fact sheet, 29-year-old Scott Lee Trevino has a history of engaging in sexual contact with known teenage and adult females. That contact included penetration, and he used his varied relationships of trust to coax each of the adult victims into isolated locations. He then used physical force, violence, and threats of severe harm to maintain control. Trevino utilized attention and affection directed toward the teenage victims to create a relationship of trust to attain and exploit unmonitored contact.

He is described as white, 5’8″, 128 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Trevino has served the sentence imposed upon him by the court. On Thursday, October 10th, he will move into a home in the 100 block of 12th Avenue North.
