(KNSI) — One person has been arrested in connection to a stabbing Tuesday night in Wright County.
According to a press release, just before 9:15, police were called to a home in Cokato Township for a report of an assault. They arrived to find a man had been stabbed in the neck by someone in the house. He was airlifted to North Memorial Hospital for treatment. Witness statements and evidence collected at the scene led authorities to the 24-year-old suspect.
He is in the Wright County Jail and is expected to be charged with second degree assault and violating an order for protection.
